> “We’re excited to announce that we’ve added another model to the Vexus lineup! We took the proven rough-water capability of the DVX20 hull and redesigned the interior layout to maximize space and passenger comfort. With seating for up to six people and jam-packed with plenty of hardcore fishing features, it’s the very definition of versatility. Equally at home chasing big walleye in three-footers or skiing with your family on a warm summer day, the DVX20s is engineered to open up a world of on-water adventures.”

8. Yamamoto buyer wants more fishing brands.
Believe the acquisition of Gary Yamamoto Custom Baits was GSM Outdoors’ first step into the fishing side of things – they’re a powerhouse on the hunting/shooting side of the outdoor industry – but sounds like they’re working on several additional fishing acquisitions.
VP of sales said:
> “We would like to mimic our success in the hunting/shooting side of our business in the recreational fishing side. We eventually want to become a one-stop shop in the fishing bait and tackle categories. We are already working on several additional acquisitions – we move fast at GSM. We have always liked fishing and have many avid anglers on our team. A lot of our customers have asked us for years to get into the space because we are so easy to do business with.”
