Guy holding the giant 6-foot Rapala is Brian Lo, owner of JB’S Fishing Depot in Toronto, ON. Sounds like “it was present to him for being the largest purchaser – and having the largest selection – of Rapala Husky Jerks in CAN…which he customizes into over 100 patterns.”
Btw I found one other contender while snooping around Rapala’s FB page…it’s definitely longer than 6′, but didn’t take the top spot because it’s missing some components hahaha:

‘Cuz sooner or later it happens to everyone:
